Time management skills – Developing good time management skills and being aware of how you use your time is extremely important for your success. First you will need to develop a study plan and set aside a set amount of time of study hours per week. Are you more productive in the morning or at night? Figure out the time of day when you are most productive and use that time to study for your exams.
The third tip is don’t cut out all the fat! Fats are a necessary part of a healthy diet. It’s the types of fat you eat that is the key. Healthy fats, boost brain power, improve and mood, promote healthy pregnancies, contribute to healthy skin and hair, and help absorb certain vitamins, among other things. Rather than cut out all fats, just be smart about the ones you do eat. Seek out healthy fats such as those found in olive and canola oil, nuts, avocados, fish and seafood, and peanut butter. Cutting these out of your diet completely could lead to unhealthy nails and dull, flat hair, unhealthy nervous system and stress levels, and spikes in blood sugar. A little good fat goes a long way. So make sure you work a little of these good fats into a well-rounded diet.
Want to make this holiday season extra special? Why not start your very own phone coaching program with a weight loss coach right now! Together you will keep the holiday pounds away. Hiring a coach is different than recruiting a friend to diet with, or asking your spouse to help. Truth be told, it’s doubtful either one of these “supports” are going to hold up when put to the test. If your spouse is anything like mine, he’s no help at all. I’d get, “It’s a party, enjoy yourself!” Or, “It’s Christmas, have what you want.” And a diet buddy is probably no better. When it comes down to it, they aren’t going to jeopardize your friendship over a diet failure.
Turn the broiler on. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the sucanat or brown sugar on top of each dish of oatmeal. Watch closely for a few minutes until the sugar bubbles and darkens. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Now if i was being a stickler, I’d recommend the plain rolled oats with zero flavorings or added things. However, if the only way you are going to get your oats is by those instant packets, I won’t get mad. Oats can drop your levels of bad cholesterol due to its high levels of soluble fiber. Never skip breakfast, and regularly include oats in your meal. Try adding sliced almonds, raisins, cinnamon, and a bit of honey for a delicious, healthy breakfast.
You have to look after your energy. Negativity is catching and let’s face it with the current economic crisis there is a lot of it about. Start nourishing your energy levels if you are feeling down. Get enough sleep and eat proper meals. Once you have started to take some exercise, you will feel better.
You might go back to eating unhealthy food throughout the day if you don’t eat breakfast. Eating yogurt for breakfast is better than nothing. It’ll increase your metabolism in the morning that’ll help you lose weight.
